Level 1

Beginner. These classes teach the foundations of yoga practice, educating students on how the body works, yoga alignment, and breath.

Level 1/2

Advanced beginner to intermediate. Some prior yoga knowledge is required. Expect to work towards harder poses and inversions in a step-by-step way.

Level 2

Intermediate/advanced. A strong practice with a challenging sequence. You’ll be sure to see inversions and advanced poses in this class.

Yin & Yang

A sweet blend of quieting yin poses and energizing slow flow. This class is open level, though some yoga experience is required.

Core & Restore

A yoga practice dedicated to activating and aligning the core muscles to build strength and stamina, not just for yoga class, but for everyday life activities. Class will conclude with calming restorative poses and a deeply restful savasana. All levels welcome.

Restore & Renew (Level 1)

A gentle restorative yoga class that makes use of props to support the body in opening. A healing practice for mind and body, and a wonderful way to end the week. Open to all levels.

Vinyasa

A well rounded, open level class that keeps the focus on “the flow.”  Advanced beginners are welcome, prior yoga experience is necessary as these classes move quickly.

Prenatal/Level 1

Our beginner level class, open to prenatal students. Modifications will be offered for expecting mothers.

Sunday Serenity/Prenatal Friendly

A peaceful blend of slow flow vinyasa, restorative, meditation, yoga nidra, and other healing practices to bring you into balance. Prenatal friendly, modifications are offered for expecting mothers.

Yoga Tune Up® & Yin

This self-focused class integrates innovative movement sequences, self-massage with Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and a sweet blend of quieting Yin. Tone, stretch, and strengthen, as well as regenerate muscle fibers and connective tissues. Open level, experienced beginners welcome.

Therapy Balls & Yoga for Wellness

This class will tone and strengthen your muscles and connective tissues. The perfect blends of yoga improved breathing and self-massage with the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy balls. Open level, experienced beginners welcome.

Wake Up & Flow

Kick start your morning with an energizing vinyasa flow designed to bring mindfulness and intention to your day.  Listen to upbeat music to get going, connect movement with breath, and practice meditation techniques to facilitate clarity and focus. All levels vinyasa.  Modifications provided.

Community Meditation

A 30 minute introduction to meditation class. Each week you’ll be guided to learn different approaches to still the mind. Meditation helps improve focus, increase relaxation, and balance mood. This class is by donation, please give what you can.
